5-Day Intensive Training – Zoom March 2nd, 2026 – March 6th, 2026

10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (EST)

This 5-day, live Zoom training will be held via Video Zoom from US and Canada. The most advanced skills required to effectively deliver the 21-session, Intergenerational Trauma Treatment Model (ITTM) with adults, caregivers and children will be demonstrated by Valerie Copping, Psy.D., author/developer.

The ITTM is the only available and evidenced-based model to treat and resolve the un-resolved trauma impact history of the caregiver/adult prior to engaging children or youth in their own treatment (with the Caregiver present).

The minimum training for a group of mental health clinic professionals who implement the ITTM at their employer’s clinic is 10-days. Therefore, to benefit from the 5-day intensive-online-Zoom-training, approximately 5 hours of your time prior the training is required (videos and becoming familiar with the ITTM Training Manual Material).

It stands to reason that because the ITTM is a BIG model with BIG outcomes, BIG training is required. Therefore, a solid base of knowledge and understanding of the ITTM’s theories and methods is required to ensure the 5-day, intensive, in-person training will be of ANY clinical or practical value.

A certificate of completion will be provided.

Online Prerequisite Training

Participants will be provided with materials and videos after 48 hours of registration. Participants are expected to have a clear understanding of the ITTM prior to the 5-Day Intensive ITTM Training.

Supervision & Consultation

3 hours of Clinical Supervision (delivered for 1-hour x 3 consecutive months included in registration fee) for each clinician (schedule to be individually determined, based on each practitioner’s implementation schedule).
